Terms of Use

1. The service

StreamCity gives you access to a Netflix profile on a Netflix account managed by Rank One Enterprise (trading as Kobicity), for the length of the plan you buy. StreamCity is an independent service and is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Netflix. Netflix may change its rules or features at any time, which can affect the service.

2. Your account

• Customers in Ghana sign up with a verified mobile number; customers elsewhere use email and password.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use StreamCity with a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay and may change. Renewals are charged at the current price of your plan.
• Ghana customers pay by mobile money through our payment partner. Customers outside Ghana pay manually and send proof on WhatsApp; access starts after we confirm payment.
• If no profile is free when you pay, your order waits and you see "Your profile is being prepared". Profiles are assigned in the order payments were made.
• Your plan ends on its expiry date. After a short grace period, access, codes and login details are removed automatically.

4. Using your profile

• Use only the profile assigned to you. Do not open, rename, delete or change other profiles.
• Never change the Netflix account email, password, plan, payment or security settings, or try to take control of the account.
• Do not share or resell your login details, codes or links.
• Your profile may be shared with up to two other subscribers, each with their own expiry.
• Each subscription allows a set number of Netflix codes (two by default). More can be granted by support.
• Codes and links are delivered only to the subscriber who requested them, in the order requested.

5. Replacement and refunds

If your profile stops working during an active plan through no fault of yours, we will replace it and carry over your remaining days. Payments are generally non-refundable once a profile has been assigned. If we cannot provide a profile for a paid order, contact us for a resolution.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or end access without refund if you break these terms, misuse codes, attempt to take over an account, or commit payment fraud.

7. Messages

By signing up you agree to receive texts about your account, codes, orders, renewals and occasional updates from Kobicity, operated by Rank One Enterprise (sender name KOBICITY). You can ask us to stop marketing texts at any time.

8. Limits of responsibility

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Netflix, your internet or device, payment networks or SMS networks. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will ask you to agree again when important changes are made. These terms are an agreement between you and Rank One Enterprise, a business registered in Ghana trading as Kobicity, and are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions: WhatsApp +233 24 622 9019.
